How to mask up your WordPress login page by creating your own login url…
This tutorial will teach you how to mask up your wordpress login page, for example; the url before we mask up is “www.hoiantoday.info/wp-admin” and your can change the login url page to “www.hoiantoday.info/my-login“. By doing this you can protect your login page from others for trying to access your admin area.
This can be done easily, all you need just need to install the “Stealth Login” plugin.
The setting of “Stealth Login” is easy, you just need to enable the plugin and change the login slug to everything you want. This login slug will change the default “wp-admin”, and you need to enable the Stealth Mode too.
Im using this plugin too. This is a nice free plugin on wordpress that add some security, but there is some bug if the wordpress instalation is not at the top domain path. ex: http://www.domain.com/wordpress/login-page -> this wont work well with stealth login.
